Roland joined Lothbury UK in August 2023 as a Senior Broker/Systems Analyst. Roland started his insurance career over 20 years ago working for large global insurer forming part of the first team to deal with clients via online chat using the new quote and buy facility via the internet for personal lines insurance before moving on the becoming a complex commercial underwriter. Having worked for a number of brokers, he has dealt with a wide and varied client book ranging from large contractors, property portfolios to professional risks.
Roland is involved in the provision of system training, support and efficiencies to ensure the business can reduce admin and focus more on our clients.
